Project 1, Kinloch
A High Performance Home built on a steep, sloping site. Designed to capture stunning views of the lake and mountain ranges from every room, by seamlessly stepping floor levels and the use of clever window placement. High Performance features mean this home is kept at a constant temperature all year round.

Project 2, Kinloch
Built with passive principles, this High Performance Home was designed to incorporate solar gains from the orientation of the building. Even with the extremely cold temperatures of Taupo winter, this home has only had an $80 power bill for a TOTAL of 3 years!
